SkyPremierHD and Best of 00s displaying ‘rubbish’

 both sky premier hd and best of 00s hd have been displaying the above picture for the last 12 hours. 
I can watch other uhd/hd channels without issue, I've set my sky box to hd and the issue remains and I've powered down the box (pulled the power cable out) and the issue remains. 
open to helpful suggestions on how to fix this please.

All good here in the Livingston office, looks to be an issue with your dish maybe. Follow these steps until the end which will get you a resolution 🙂

In fact it's all sky movie channels except premier+1. 
I've booked an engineer as none of the suggested steps helped 😞
