Sky will not connect to broadband

We have Now broadband & as of this morning the sky box will not connect to the sky box. I keep putting the password in, but it says it is not correct.

Sorry. The sky box will not connect to the Now Broadband. It says the password is incorrect. It hasn't been changed

If you have changed to Now Broadband surely the password has changed or are you saying your Sky Q box has been connected to the now broadband router previously?

We have been with Now for a year. This has just happened overnight.

Ah okay makes more sense.

I would start off by doing a network reset on your Sky Q box, then do a factory reset of your Now hub by holding the reset button on the back for 30 seconds. Then try and reconnect them.
