We just bought a new TV and sky took a minute to switch channels. Sky support were not very helpful and I've managed to fix ours ourselves. We used the my sky app to change wpa3-t to wpa2 and it now work's great. My WiFi is also disabled on the TV but Im not sure if it has anything to do with it as Im hard wired.
I saw alot of this while searching online so I hope this fixes some others issues.
