Hi I have just recently renewed my contract with sky same packages same equipment.however sky have sent me a returns box and an email stating they require the minibox returning . I am paying for multiroom and still using the minibox . Tried ringing they said there is nothing on my account regarding the return . Help!

Hi there . No just renegotiated the price . Same packages as before . Still paying & using mulitoom

You can either wait to see if Sky sent further 'reminders' or we can escalate your issue to the Messaging Team on here who will probably invite you to a private chat. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.

Hi . Can you please escalate this for me . I have received a returns box and today I received another email stating if it is not returned in October they will charge me £52

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
