Sky voice remote not w orking, have paired remote but no joy

Suddenly my Sky voice remote will not work. I have checked broadband connection, it's fine. Have also checked pairing remote with my tv, that's fine too. Just keeps saying `We didn't quite get that`! I don't know what wild  to try
