The sky viewing card popped out by itself and won't go back fully into the slot.

@Ronnie2023Are you putting it in with the chip side up, if so contact Sky so they can change the box.

@Ronnie2023 you do need to push it in until it clicks. Its slightly spring loaded so to remove it you push it in and it springs out and when putting back in you need to push it till it clicks.

If it will not click then you will need a new box
