Sky viewing card not pairing up to my old sky q box

What do I do about my viewing card not pairing up it says viewing card paired then it says use this option to trigger a callback

What do you mean by 'old Sky Q box'?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
