Sky viewing card is no longer active

Joined Sky Q and engineer brought a new Sky Q box and viewing card. He has set the box up but the viewing card he provided cannot be activated as it's not on the system so cannot access any channels.


please help as telephone is getting me nowhere

You will need to order a new card from Sky over the phone
