Sky viewing card (Sky Q)

I ordered a replacement viewing card on 16th January, 16 days later and three replacement requests, I'm struggling to get an update as to what's happening other than the dates for resolution keep changing and it's sat with the 'back office' but there are no updates.

 

Has anyone got an idea as to what's happening or experienced similar. Really disappointed with the customer service. I never experienced anything like this in the 20+ years of being a Sky customer.

Why did you need a replacement Card?

It was just a replacement card, no other issues.
