I have been watching uhd on my sky q box running through a denon amp into a panasonic tv with no issue for a few years, Today went to watch some UHD content and it said my TV could not show this. I have rest the sky box, tv and amp to no avail. I have connected the shy box directly to the TV with the sky supplied hsmi yet it will only output 1080i. Anyone have a similar issue

HI @AJ1969a
I have not had a similar issue so can't give any specific advice.
Perhaps double check the TV HDMI 4K mode setting on the relevant HDMI just in case it has somehow changed
Also - clutching at straws - I ssggest giving all the equipment (TV in particular) another full power down restart (switch off at mains/unplug)

Hi @AJ1969a
Have you checked that the Denon Video 4K signal format is still set to Enhanced?

I have checked the denon and tv all are set as usual. I have directly connected the sky box to an hdmi socket using the link ended hdmi cable to rule out any issues with the amp and it's cabling. Not supporting UHD is bad enough but not running 1080p is more surprising

Yes, I rub the set up for 2160 10bit, 2160 8bit and 1080p neither of these will show anything but a blank screen.

Yes, it gives me the confirm/cancel options but just a grey screen behind with no image
