Sky tv not connecting to internet

Hi,

 

I have been trying to connect my internet to the Sky tv and also press downed on the WPS button. However this keep showing as unsuccessful.

how do I sort this out please

@Varsha1 is Sky your internet provider ? as if not the WPS button will not work


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
