Sky telling me to insert viewing card

Hi @dylanrolo 

Check that the viewing card is correctly inserted.

if it is fully home there should not be enough protruding to grip it to remove it.

Pressing it in will allow it to pop out out slightly so that it can be removed.

I have my channels but no home screen or recording  just insert my viewing card to facing up
