Sky sports plus - Misleading

I'm frustrated by Sky sports plus. I got it for the rugby league, meaning i had to upgrade to the full Sky Sports package, and get football, F1, tennis and golf, none of which i have any interest in. But i love rugby league so the extra seemed worth it.

I'm disappointed that I can't record streamed games, but I'm more disappointed that Sky have taken games off the normal channels and replaced them with streams. For example, this afternoons Huddersfield v Wigan game is only available on steam, and it's not even because they're showing another live event, they're running Sky sports news instead, which isn't even a subscription channel. This isn't how plus was sold. It's not as if Sky don't make decent money off customers already, this just seems incredibly spiteful and greedy to me.

Sky's original Super League deal allowed them to show 66 matches per year, and these are all still shown on the normal recordable Sky Sports channels.

The 100 extra matches available on Sky Sports+ are those which previously wouldn't have been shown at all on Sky.

I know other customers have pointed out that the tag line for the new deal was "Watch all Super League games". The inability to record games that are on the App means that it's not possible to watch them all. Maybe a better tag line would have been "Watch any Super League game"
