Sky sports +, on red button

As you'll know the live football on sky sports + (412) shows most of the EFL games live.  The problem is that when i watch via the red button on channel 412 i exerience freezing/buffering of the live feed, and at time the picture is poor.  Does anyone else experience this?  Sky, is there a problem and if so what is the fix?

I have the same on every live stream I watch on sky sports+. It's definitely an issue sky needs to rectify as other people has complained about the same issue. So far sky+ has been a failure
