Can't watch recorded sky sports on mini box

Hi. Yes, sussed it in the end when I was on the phone to Sky. Yes recording in UHD but mini box doesn't support this does it, thank you for your help.

@nick+corben are you trying to watch sports that have been recorded in UHD as mini boxes are not capable of playing UHD
