Sky sports mix nfl redzone service interruptions

Constant interruptions to the TV picture during the redzone transmission

I only turned it to sky sports mix at 8:50pm (after Elf was over) but I had this issue too.

 

I turned it to Sky Sports Nfl which after their game was over, were showing Redzone and it was fine.

I watched it on Sky Sports mix and it was terrible. Be nice if Sky would explain why? This is after all a premium channel I pay extra for so I expect a good service.
