Sky sports main event

Sky sports main event hd is not on channel 401, my is stuck on sky sports main event uhd, have updated the software etc and it's still there.

Can anyone help ?

@Hayley2812  If you have the UHD add on the the UHD version of said channel will show at 401, you also can't force a software update on a Sky Q box as it will be on the latest version.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I've not subscribed to sky sports main event uhd though, I have all the other channel's in Hd

@Hayley2812 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
