Sky sports is not working, it says I need to upgrade but I have sky sports subscription & it is work

I have a Sky sports subscription but it is now saying I need to upgrade to watch any of the channels.

It is working fine on Sky Go but not on my TV's.

If I go onto help & check my account is says I am subscribed & when I called Sky they confirmed this.

I have tried turning Sky off & back on but still getting the same message.

Hi @Paula561 

You are not trying to watch UHD without a UHD subscription are you?

Also keep in mind that minis cannot do UHD even you have a UHD subscription.
