Sky sports is no longer available on my Sky’s box, I can get to sky sports via Skygo on mobile

Sky sports is no longer available on any of my TV's at home says I need to upgrade. I recently upgraded to sky sports and error message is saying I already have subscription. I can get to sky sports via Sligo on mobile.
