Sky sports complete package missing channel 403

Have upgraded to Sky Sports Complete package, but unable to watch channel 403 SkySp F'ball HD. On screen message say i need to upgrade pagage, but when selecting red button, message reads i already have this channel?

Managed to speak to Sky, [content removed] & spoke to 'Billing'. They sent a 'signal check' for channel 404 & hey presto, it's fixed & i can now view CH 403.

When did you upgrade to the complete package as sometimes it can take a few hours to start working.
