Sky sports channels will not play and tell me to upgrade

I have had full sky sports for a few years, recently I downgraded to just have the football. Now none of the channels will display (e.g the football sky channel) - im not expecting the channels I don't pay for to work. Any ideas??

There are two Sky football channels on Sky Q.

• Channel 402 SkySpPL HD
• Channel 403 SkySp F'ball HD

Depends which channel you have and what you expect to watch

I have sky sports Hd football pack so both should work, shouldn't they?

Looks like you only have the one channel then @AllanC81 

Doesn't seem that you have the Premier league channel.  That's unless you just have the premier league and not the Football channel.

Best check with Sky directly what exactly you are subscribing to.
