Sky sports + TNT sports

Why is sky offering this package on sky stream but won't offer the same package on skyQ they will offer a rolling contract on skyQ only

Because they want people to switch to streaming?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Satellite TV likely won't exist after 2029 so, yes, everyone will eventually have to move to streaming.

I'm not so sure they have a great product with SkyQ  and I know they confirmed a 5 year contract with satellite company last year I think they might have to worry about by tv otherwise

Yes, so that indicates service to 2029, which is likely to be when satellite television broadcasting to the UK ends (perhaps not coincidentally it's also the 40th anniversary of BSkyB)

The current trio of platforms at 28.2E have a finite lifespan and simply cannot remain long into the next decade: unless there's at least one replacement manufactured and launched before they fall out of orbit there isn't anything for dishes to point at.
