I just got told from a sky representative that a fix has been prepared and will hopefully be in place for the weekend........let's hope!

I've just been told the same and it will be sorted by the weekend and offered a £10 tesco voucher as a sorry. Not much use of I can't watch what I've paid for! Let's hope it's sorted.

A superuser was the first person to reply to this thread, 3 hours before you 😉 but because it's a new service, not a lot for anyone to go on unfortunately.

says it takes about 3 mins but inreality took me about a minute.

I also contacted sky, after a 10 minutes on hold I was told it's a broadcast issue and the gave me £10 compensation
