@Jezney__Hawkes so somebody will be seeing this then
Normally when you put something on here you get the super users answering within seconds yet there's non to be seen at the minute 🤷🙄
Thought iFollow was bad at times but this is worse

There is clearly an issue with constant skipping/freezing of pictures on this new service. I cannot see anywhere that anyone from Sky is acknowledging there is a problem.
Can we have this at least from Sky?

Same old **bleep** tonight, picture keep freezing again every so often. I bet Sky don't even give a crap as long as people keep subscribing!

No I tried this. Freezing 'help' applies to the hard disc. Freezing and crashing only occurs on the Sky Sports+ channel

Same here - all Sky Stream channels work perfectly so can't be an internet issue. As soon as I watch a 'red button' game in Sky Sports Plus it stutters and skips forward, it's horrible to watch. I have just reported it via the chat function and was told it was being looked into and escalated to a manager so with any luck they will fix this at some point soon.

I would suggest others do the same to try to keep this high up on their to do list!

@KezzaRed go to https://www.sky.com/help/articles/picture-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck then "No I Still Need Help at the bottom", then select the message option. It's only available Thursday to Saturday for some reason!

If I've learned anything here too it would be to keep those screenshots safe

Good news they are working on it, let's see!
29 Aug 2024 05:15 PM
@ftballman ??
That could mean 1 of 2 things, either keep hold of em so you have them for future ref if getting in touch or not to post them 🤷 there's nothing there to suggest anything wrong and hopefully it helps others get an answer that it's being dealt with
29 Aug 2024 05:17 PM
Oh yes I absolutely mean for reference. I've seen so much denial, deflection and distraction here suggesting there isn't a problem. This is the first admission I've seen.
29 Aug 2024 05:19 PM
@ftballman I did think that but wanted to double check as I didn't want to do something I shouldn't 😁
I took the screen shots whilst having the chat
Thanks 👍
