Sky sports Complete & HD

I subscribe to Sky Sports Complete and also have a Sky Sports HD subscription. I am on thr basic channels package with Sky Sports as an added extra. Why do I not get Sky Sports News in HD if I am paying for the complete package including HD. Can anyone shed some light on this please?

@Loobs1980  Sky Sports news is not part of the sky sports package but the basic package 

 

so to receive the hd version you also require the entertainment hd add on

The Sports HD subscription is part of Sports - although it is separately itemised (and costed) it cannot be removed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Loobs1980  I think the same applies to SKY Sports Mix (although I could be confusing it with another channel)

 

Needless to say it is not obvious due to their names that they are not part of the SKY Sports subscription but are part of the base Entertainment Package (currently Signature)
