Sky sport racing red button not working

My sky sports racing red button is not working. Checked all cables and Internet any help

Unfortunately, the Greyhound service has closed permanently from 1st Sept :

apparently it is available online

If this is for greyhound racing it was discontinued on 1 September.

@Nigel2505  As of Monday 1st of September the service has been permanently closed
