Sky sport channel

Hi 

Just upgraded to Sky sport package but still I can not access Sky sport channel on box or apps. Still asking for the subscription.

Any idea?

Hi @Bilalsb 

It can take a few hours to activate on your Account.

Check your package in your Q box in the Home menu - My Sky.  Make sure the Sky Sports package is shown .

If the issue continues best to speak to Sky directly.

In bill it is showing package and additional £14 amount as well.

When you activate a new subscription the next bill will consist of two parts:

1) The days you've used from activation to billing

2) The whole next month in advance

 

The following month will settle down.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
