Sky sport box office

We have purchased the Tyson fury fight but are receiving a blue screen we have repeatedly unrecorded and recorded but still are unable to view we have recorded on channel 492 from our sky q

I have the same issue.  Just purchased the Fury fight on channel 492 and just have a blue screen

A blue screen means the order has not gone through so try ordering it again, you will only be charged the once.
