SKy Signature is the minimum 'base' package that you need before adding any others e.g. Sports

Have you recently changed something as you may have been switched from an older base such as Entertainment or Variety

Hi @Annebedd   Signature is the base package, have you asked for any changes as this will move you to the current basic package.
