Hi. Sky Q   I've changed uhd setting to sd. But no luck with that.

Do you have the Sky Signature package on your account ?

Yes sky signature  I can access sky Atlantic but not this programme   Via the PIN number

And you are actually trying to access the SD version and not HD ?

I've changed the hd to sd in settings following tips online.  And tried sd setting on the programme page but no difference     I've checked the current software version as well. The Q box is less than 2 years old 

I have a multi room box as well

On demand and cath up are the same   It always requests I upgrade to access day of the jackal and dune prophecy

I would delete all versions of the programme, including from the Deleted section to make sure it's fully gone, then re-download it (in SD).

Delete the programmes as normal then from the Recordings menu select Manage, go to Deleted, highlight the programmes and select Delete Forever.
