Sky signal not working require an engineer to check the dish configuration
This has only happen this year when bad weather occurs the signal stops working last year that was not a problem so if i can't get it resolved i am likely to leave

See Sky's diagnostic help here. You'll be able to book an engineer, if necessary.

If you are connected to a communal dish you’ll need to liaise with you building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.
Note: A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.
