Hello
I renewed my package on 31st October. The only changes made were to price and bill date. However I was sent a returns box for my mini sky q box. I was also overcharged last month too.
I have attempted to call many times but can't get past the automated options robot. None of the options cover why I need to speak to someone. I've attempted going through the virtual assistant and also emailed but had no response. Can someone please explain what options will get me through to an adviser as I'm worried they will overcharge me again and charge for the equipment that I haven't returned as I still want it as part of my package. Any help would greatly be appreciated as I'm finding this to be very stressful

@maj123 I have escalated this to sky it will more than likely be tomorrow before Sky can pick this up

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
