Sky says I'm a customer, but I returned Sky Q 2 yrs ago

I want to return to having Sky Q, which I stopped receiving about 2 yrs ago. I filled in the pages to do this, but right at the end it said I was already a customer and I have hid a deadend, so I assume Sky doesn't want my money. Who can help me

@Ashcan100  Are you signing up as a new customer (in other words not logged into a previous account)

or are you an existing customer with a different sky tv product

As you have been away two years you do need to sign up as a new customer so this means either using a different email address or removing it from your previous account first.
