Hi, Im so glad I found this page. I cancelled my sky about the 20/06/24 and Sky sent me the kit to put all my box's in ( sky q - 3 x mini box's all the remotes ect..) I posted the lot back on the 22/06/24 at 11.28 am from my local post office and I have the Post Office Tracked Return Receipt still stuck to the fridge door.

 

They keep sending me text messages saying a charge as now been added to my account. 

 

I am not sure where to go to resolve this. Any help would be appreciated.

As you have proof of posting I’ll escalate your post to Sky when it’s more than the obligatory ten minutes old and their Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.

This is a common query that the Sky escalation team can sort out for you.


Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
