Sky returns - have returned in time but being charged

I have received a charge notice for non-return of my sky Q equipment. I have postage proof that my equipment was return in good time and do not want to be charged. Anyone know the best procedure for this?

Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.

We can get you some help from Skys Messaging Team. If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward. Let us know in this thread if you want to engage in a chat with Sky.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.

The Sky Community messaging team handled many of these.

Have your proof of posting and account details ready when they contact you.

 

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
