Sky replaced box how do I get my recordings that I paid for back?

Sky replaced by SkyQ box due to technical issues.  How do I get the recordings back which I had paid for?

Sky Store 'Buy & Keep' content can be redownloaded.

 

If you are a Sky TV customer, and the Buy & Keep movies or TV shows you sent to your Sky box are not showing in your purchases tab (Sky Q) (Sky+HD) you may need to restore them to your box. Sign in to your account on skystore.com and select Restore purchases. You should see them within 30 minutes.

Note that Recordings made from broadcast channels aren't 'paid for' and so are not restorable.
