Sky remote keeps beeping and box keeps flashing red

Hi almost every day the sky box needs to be reset wake up and its flashing red and orange and then multiroom never works and the sky q remote just keeps randomly beeping for no reason. Beeing as if you pressed the button for it to play a sound but no one has.

Yea still need help just been super busy this weekend. Happened again this morning came down and box is flashing red and green. Saturday night remote started beeping at 3am in the morning.
