Sky q wont connect to sky WiFi

Can anyone help me? Please this is day 2. 

I have tried turning everything off and unplug everything. Still didn't work

I have reset it by the password and router. Today and yesterday still not working.

Im not sure what else to try.. 

My WiFi is working but wont connecting to sky q.

Is the Sky Q box near the router ? Is it possible to connect it using an Ethernet cable ?  If not, have you tried a network reset via the SkyQ menu

No they are opposite side of the room. I don't think I have one of them or if I do I know where where it is.

Yes reset in the setting, I've used the router button and the password 5 times + each in last couple of hrs.

@Denj6 what colour router do you have from Sky black or white ?

The latter problem can be solved for about £7 for 10m from amazon.

The former is often a bit tricky though unless you can hide it under a skirting board or want to do some serious DIY.

Ohh gosh.. it's hard to get him to do anything around the house. We done the living room in last 5 years. So I most prob will have to wait 20+ years to get him to redo it. lol 

I will have to phone them Monday and see if someone can come out or something. 
I find it odd that everything else is working but the connect to both sky devises.

😀 Unfortunate timing!

Sky Q can often get its wifi confused. A full power down and back on of both devices and then doing a full network reset on the Q should work. It has to be the WPS button approach on the black Sky routers and make sure it's the WPS button and not another on the router - others have hit the wrong button before as they aren't very clearly labelled.

I just reset the router (press the reset button) even tho I did switch off and take  both cables out. This has worked. I have connection. I hope this might help someone. Thank you everyone that comment and help. Thank you.
