Sky q won’t connect to broadband router

WiFi went down yest, has fixed 24hrs later but now sky q won't connect to the router,  have tried pressing the wps button but its not picking up, have tried searching through other connections but its saying the password is wrong even though its def correct, internet was upgraded last week, have had no previous problems so the router should be fine as it wasn't changed
