I have tried numerous times to connect Sky Q to broadband but it has failed everytime. I have completed and followed all the on-line help but nothing. None of the mini boxes are connected either. Rebooted the router several times. One of the booster boxes is showing and not connected but I can't get it to connect. Spent several hours on this. Can't watch netflix. Pressed the WSP on the router several times but still nothing. Phoned SKY but just keeping getting a text message to go to the on-line help. Please help. Thank you
Luckily I was able to speak to a person at Sky yesterday early evening. Dimitrios talked me through what I needed to do and it was exactly the same as what you kindly advised. Dimitrios was extremely helpful.
The booster is about 6 metres away from the router but there are a couple of walls inbetween. I did not realise all our sky equipment goes through the booster. I also picked up a couple of good tips re changing the standby mode to none (albeit it uses more power doing this).
