Unlikely to add extra channels - they do have a floating Satellite UHD channel used when there is some live sports on and the other 2 (Main Event & F1) are in use and can be accessed through Red button and/or 'tiles' in the Sports or other sections
Non Sport UHD (films / Entertainment shows (often from HBO as well as SKY Originals) are not via 'live' channels but accessed via downloads from On Demand/Catch Up etc or Searches etc -
Remember to change your download preference to UHD in
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
