Sky q technical fault when trying to watch recordings

Recently, when trying to playback recorded programmes on my sky a box, it gives me an error message "there is a technical fault with this channel". I can sometimes delete the programme and then re-download and it then works, or just doesn't work at all! Has someone had this before?
