I have sky Q. When I turn the TV and sky on it shows the icons along the top, but then disappears and it wont let me select anything when I pess any buttons on the remote .

I had to keep switching the plug off and back on to sort this issue out.  After 10 mins it did it again, tried several times then eventually went to bed. be nice for Sky to send some communication out though as yet again service goes down and no word from sky or even update to what the problem is although we pay vast amount of money for the service.

Mine turns off and says can't connect I unplugged the sky Q box then comes back on but it happened 3 times last night what a headache

Sky TV issue (Sky Q)

I've started a new thread. Similar isssues to others. Last night Sky Q stopped working flashing blue light and red standby light. Powered down 4 times in all and each time it worked for about 10 mins then same again. Gave up, went to bed and tried again this morning, same issue.. any reason/resolution Sky?

When will sky be fixed? Mine has been off since last night.  Says no source/power. Can't get through on phones as says technical issue.  Can't report it online as just a generic chat not and end up going around in circles.  Please someone respond. I also assume we will be getting compensation for the outage as you definitely charge enough for the service!

Sky Q still not functioning this morning at 9.00am after conection issue started last night at 9.45pm.

No word from Sky.  What are they doing about it.  Can I get a refund ?

It does seem to be fixed this morning but may require one last power cycle (pull the plug).

 

Mine has been running live TV, recording and downloading (stuff that crashed last night), for 90 minutes now.

Same problem last night while watching the darts 🤬. Rebooted 3 times, worked for 10 minutes or so then crashed again! Went to bed.

 

Had to do a power cycle again this morning and it's been up for about 30 minutes now so hopefully it's fixed 🤞
