Sky Q keeps crashing - where are you sky?

Watching a recording and then Apple TV. Crashed 3 times in 30 mins. Gave up. Seems I'm not alone and no comment from sky....

Last night sky went off every 10

minutes. This morning it's off completely. Saying no satalite signal.

Do you have your own dish or are you fed by a communal system ?

Mines doing the same gave up last night after about the 5 th reboot still frozen this morning

There is currently an issue, Sky are aware and dealing with it @craig+jarv

Not an expert, but have you tried turning off at the plug leaving it for 30seconds the. Turning it back on?

only say this as I had given up last night with its fit. 
came down this morning and my box was still unresponsive. So I unplugged it then let it do its business and it's worked so far this morning and fingers crossed not had a fit since
