Mine is still a bit glitchy, but still hanging in there. Now that it's working, I'm going back to sleep 😴
Main TV is a LG OLED evo C2 65" 4k". Sky Wifi Booster. Sky Protect. BT Smart Hub 4 Router on Full Fibre 900. Sky customer since 2000.

Same issue - had been getting some pixelated recordings and live tv, so thought the box was on its way out. Happening during Eurovision semi finals so husband is VERY annoyed tonight, but glad it's not just us - can't see if there's a fix, or do we need to wait until sky rolls out an update?

Mine hasn't been working either, it still isn't connecting this morning 16th may . No live tv or recordings . Ive unplugged it, rebooted and after 10 mins it cuts off again , remote won't work , so have to reboot again 🤬
Recordings say not available anymore, then after another reboot , I can watch again for a few mins. So frustrating. All the mini boxes in the house obviously won't connect with the main box due to the issues.

Sky Q box shows it's on but no display. After reboot dose same 30min later
Last few days or so my TV goes blank with a black screen. After a power cycle it works fine for about 30min sometimes longer sometimes shorter but eventually I'd get a blank screen and do a power cycle again. Iv tried ALL resets on the hidden menu and still the same thing. It's almost like it's frozen as the light is green on the sky q box, pressing power button on the remote or pressing at the sky q box doesn't do anything. There is no signs of it overheating and is in a well vented location. Any suggestions would be greatfull

I had the same problem last night , was watching Sky Sports Golf and then BBC 1 and happened on both. TV screen went blank with "No Signal" but Green Light was on and I was recording. Box frozen, could not action anything with the remote. Had to turn off at the plug both times. Box is only a month old!!

Happened three times to us last night. TV went blank watching Eurovision.
Had to recycle the Sky Q box to get it to come on again. Light stayed green throughout outages.

Mine was exactly the same last night it froze 6-7 times while watching a program I had to
kerp unplugging to get back on. Then it would work a few minutes and freeze again. The sky app wasn't working to check the services and it woukdnt let me log in to my account. Said something about doing maintenance but surely thus should take place out side of prime time hours. They should be giving a refund of something to everyone as we couldn't use the service

The same happened to me - all channels - whether watching movies or TV - incredibly frustrating - no response from Sky

My sky is locking off and I need to turn the box off at the wall to reboot it. This has been intermittent but last night and this morning has been on several occasions.
whats going on here.

Sky Q box OS failure observations
Hello all, as a technology enthusiast, I have been analyzing the outages reported on the community forum and getting added views from my AI companion. pull power up for a short time and black again can communicate via control or buttons on front
