Tv connection

Anyone else have connectivity issue on tv ?

Was having same thoughts given how big an issue this seems to be.. everyone impacted, customer services line down, eeb site not working anon ..

I've just logged in to say the same ...

 

My Sky Q box is running software version is Q300.000.06.00L (5yzv4ns). The video output goes blank, although the power light remains green. However, the box is unresponsive. If I press and hold the power button on the device, it does not switch off. The only way to remedy the issue is to pull the power from the back of the device.

 

I've been timing how long the box stays active for. Mine keeps cutting out every 10 - 20 minutes. I thought it was an issue with the box itself, but it looks as though it's likely a software update issue. Hopefully something Sky can resolve quickly ...

My sky q box has the same problem. Cuts off and box/remote control unresponsive. Switched off at the wall  a few times and comes back on then after a short time does it again. 

I seen an article saying there is a problem at skys end. Hopefully they get it sorted.

Sake man Sky!

I'm off to my bed, nearly 2 hours thinking my Sky Q box was gubbed, resets etc Hopefully sorted by tomorrow, was right in the middle of Interior Design Masters there. lol

Recordings not working, it just says "Please wait...". Tried restarting but same.

I THINK I HAVE A FIX 

 

after 3 reboots I went to settings. Preferences. 

 

Changed standby to active. 

Changed smart standby mode to OFF 

 

Been stable!!!! Try it
