I'm getting the same error code too. I've rebooted my router and q box but I think the problem is with Sky as they've had major outages across the Uk. I'm just going to leave it a few hours and see if it rights itself. An announcement from Sky about the issues they're having really should have been broadcast. Not very good customer service..

My sky q went off multiple times after 22:15 last night and despite several switch off/restarts it wouldn't stay on for more than 10 minutes. No tv and the recordings being made have failed.

No apology or explanation from sky.

Exactly the same problem as lots of other seem to be having. watching iplayer on the sky Q box, screen went black in the middle of watching -  but lots of disk noise but no response. Power cycled the box which cured it for a short while - watched live TV but then exactly the same thing happened. This happened several times before I finally gave up last night.

Tried again this morning to see if it had resolved  but it hasn't and is exactly the same this morning.....

I suspect that because there are so many people with the same problem there may have been an over the air software update which has broken things.....

I experienced the same issue reported in this discussion. Around 21:00 on 15th May, while watching a recording made on Monday of this week, the television screen became blank without warning indicating that the there was no signal. However, the SkyQ box still displayed the playback blue light of the recording and the green "on" light was visible. After turning off the SkyQ box, leaving it for a few minutes and then switching it back on, the system re-booted and connection with the television was restored. I didn't touch the remote control and left the TV channel that had been in the background while watching the interrupted recording running. Within 10 minutes, the signal was again lost. I left the box on, turned the television off and checked my phone for reports of problems and found this discussion group. This morning (16th May), the SkyQ box still had the green "on" light displayed, which was unusual as it should have been orange for stand-by. At 07:56, I re-booted the system, turned on the TV and left the channel (BBC1) running. The channel is still being broadcast 90 minutes later. Hopefully, Sky TV has now fixed the problem remotely. I haven't heard or read of any acknowledgement from Sky TV that there is or was a problem.

No Sky TV on either SKYQ Or Sky Mini boxes since 31.30 last night

I cannot get a Sky TV signal on my SkyQ  OR Miniboxes since last night. Is there some sort of wider issue as I cannot even call Sky as they have a technical issue?
