Sky remote

I have a problem with sky remote.  I now know it's not only me. What is happening and when will it be fixed

I had the same problems as everyone else last night and was  un responsive  this morning  - Colchester area - read somewhere to reboot again this morning so did and now it's been ok since  31 minutes and counting - hope it works

I had same issue last night watching Paramount+. Sky box seemed to be ok, sky q sign on. Ox had a blue light circling, box had green light on but completely u esponsivee. Rebooted twice and seemed ok but this morning none of my sky q min boxes will connect.

ill power down the main biz again, but something not right.

Love all these suggestions around hard reset, power down all devices etc. I am sure that is where most people started. I did this 3 times - made no difference at all. SKYs lack of advice, comment etc is less than idea

Had the same issues with it turning off last night. After rebooting for the 2nd time I put it on stand by and went to bed. It has recorded programmes overnight and has been on for about 15 mins so far this morning. Fingers crossed it stays on.

My rebooted box has been running fine for 33 minutes now. Looks good for me. 👍
