only say this as I had given up last night with its fit.
came down this morning and my box was still unresponsive. So I unplugged it then let it do its business and it's worked so far this morning and fingers crossed not had a fit since
I did the same - I unplugged it overnight and plugged it back in this morning, and it has worked for over an hour now. Worth people at least trying this.

Almost 12 hour outage with zero updates. So pleased I'm out of contract in 5 weeks!

Mine kept doing this last night . Turned it off reset Box only for it to happen again after 10 mins . After 3rd time gave up and went to bed Will try this morning.

We are having exactly the same issues... started yesterday (15/05/25) and checked all source, cabling etc. TV cutting out and only able to restart after switching off at mains. Still having issues this morning:( Glad to hear it's not just us- fingers crossed it's fixed soon!

ALL
For anyone wishing to try a reboot of their Sky Q box and is unfamiliar with the process then
~ Using the remote (if it responds) put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button
Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

I had this too, kept turning off and blank screen. Kept resetting, turning off from the wall and back on, it would be ok for a while and go off again

Re: Sky q going off every 10 minutes now off completely
Turned on system this morning and I'm getting a picture but no sound. Sky is routed via an AVR. That is not the cause. Let's see how long it stays on for. 15 mins max last night.

If it is not working this morning, please may I ask if you have done a full power restart (i.e. unplug or switch off at mains) ?
If not please try this.
If you have, please can you advise if you have your own dish or are you fed by a communal system ?

Sky have finally posted a response:-
"We are aware of some technical issues overnight that led to Sky Q boxes to go into standby mode. Our technical support teams investigated and resolved this. If your sky Q box is still stuck in standby please switch off your Sky Q box at the power socket for 30 seconds and back on again which will restore service. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused."

Tried rebooting about 6 times last night, stays on for a few minutes,then go's off again.

Re: Tele gone off!
Mine is still off. Signal dropped twice yesterday evening around 9/10pm. Restored after powering down, then nothing after 10:30pm, still no signal this morning.

Same issue as everyone else. Have tried rebooting several times and still won't connect. Can't even get on the app to check.

Apparently sky are saying to reboot this morning if your sky still not working.
