Also here - watching Disney+ via the Q app it bluescreened and Q box locked up (unresponsive to any remote buttons) requiring a power cycle to come back. Happened three times before I gave up and watched the show via web browser on laptop instead.

TV suddenly stops receiving a signal from our Sky box

During a programme, the TV screen will suddenly go blank and display the message asking to turn on the set top box. The Sky box is still showing a green light but there is a buzzing/humming noise coming from it.

If we switch the power off at the mains for 10 seconds, the box will reboot normally. However this happened three times last night and once this morning.

When will you fix skyQ please? What compensation are you offering to those affected by the 'outage? 

The lack of communication is appalling for a media company - it's literally your job!

Whoever said something eco standby... I didn't work, as my eco standby was already off when this issue started.

I carried out a reboot on mine about 30 mins ago and (touch wood) okay at the moment.

Someone was spamming it about the turn eco mode off last night, knew it wouldn't work because of seems to be every platform Sky is having trouble.

Yes this has worked for me this morning. Fingers crossed it stays on now. I'm relieved it wasn't Eurovision final last night, although it went off during the semi final last night. I hope everyone else's comes back on soon, if it's not already.
